Problem Statement
Previously operating as Smile Dental Inn in a different location, the clinic underwent a complete rebrand into Meraki Dental Studio while relocating to Pulchowk. With this transition, the team wanted a completely fresh and authority-building digital presence that reflected their new identity, vision, and premium positioning. The goal was not only to generate awareness and inquiries but also to establish trust, credibility, and a strong emotional connection with potential patients through storytelling-driven content.
