In addition to serving exquisite Thai cuisine, Baan Thai Restaurant operated a coffee training institute in collaboration with IBCA (International Barista and Coffee Academy, USA). The institute offered professional training in barista skills, beverage-making, and hospitality, creating a comprehensive package for aspiring students looking to build successful careers in the hospitality industry.

With internship opportunities for deserving candidates, the program provided a solid foundation for hands-on learning.
We ran strategic lead generation ads featuring compelling offer creatives, student testimonials, and career-driven messaging tailored to attract potential candidates.

This approach successfully generated 15-20 enrollments per month, establishing the program as a popular choice for coffee and hospitality enthusiasts eager to kickstart their careers. The initiative was a grand success, further strengthening Baan Thai’s reputation as a leader in hospitality education.

To engage weekday diners, we introduced offer-based and happy hour schemes, alongside Thai food combo packages that became a grand success. On special occasions such as Rakshya Bandhan and Teej, festive campaigns were launched to drive leads and bookings.
